Do you make pieces to order, or sell from stock?
Every Indic Decor piece is made to order. We do not sell from a shelf. Each commission is designed with you and carved from a single block of natural stone, so no two are ever identical.
How much does a piece cost?
Because each piece is bespoke, price depends on the stone, size, complexity and finish. After a short conversation we send a clear, itemised quote with no obligation. Tell us your idea and budget and we will be straight with you about what is possible.
How long does a commission take?
Typically 8 to 18 weeks to build, depending on the stone, size and finish, followed by delivery. We give you a firm timeline in your quote and keep you updated at each stage.
Can I customise the size, stone or finish?
Yes. Size, stone and finish are all chosen with you. Most clients adjust dimensions to suit their space and select the exact block and finish before any cutting begins.
Do you deliver outside India?
Yes. We crate and ship worldwide, and offer white-glove delivery and installation for most locations. Shipping is quoted per commission.
How do I pay, and is there an online checkout?
There is no online checkout. A deposit secures your place in the atelier schedule and the balance is due before dispatch. Slab reservations are held informally via WhatsApp, with no online payment.
Will the finished piece look exactly like the render or sample?
Natural stone is unique, so veining and colour vary from block to block. Renders and samples are indicative, not exact. We select the block with you so you know what to expect.
How do I care for natural stone at home?
Seal it, clean with a pH-neutral cleaner, and keep acids such as citrus and vinegar off the surface. We include care guidance with every piece. See our Journal for a full guide.
Do you work with architects and interior designers?

Where are you based, and can I visit?
We are a New Delhi atelier and welcome visits by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry to arrange a time.
