When you enquire, request a quote or message us, we collect the details you provide, your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your space or commission. If you use the Imagine visualiser, we process the photograph you upload only to generate your preview.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, manage your commission, and keep you updated on its progress. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Storage & sharing

Your details are shared only with the people directly involved in realising your commission, our atelier and trusted logistics and installation partners, under confidentiality. We retain enquiry records only as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@indicdecor.in.
