The legend
Aranya — “the wilderness”.
Before the royal gardens there was aranya — the wild that sages walked into and kings dreamed of taming. This trough keeps the argument alive: split-face raw stone below, one honed band above, grasses moving in between.
Frost-proof, fade-proof and heavy enough to stay precisely where the landscape drawing says.
Every Aranya is carved to order in our New Delhi atelier — the block chosen with you, the proportions tuned to your space, the surface finished by hand. Reference size: 160 × 45 × 50 cm, in a split-face, honed rim finish.
The forest was the first garden.
