Every piece on this site is built to your specific commission, in materials and dimensions confirmed in writing before fabrication begins. Because each piece is unique to your project, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once a commission has entered fabrication.
If a piece arrives damaged in transit, we replace or repair it at our cost — no exceptions. If a piece does not match the written specification you confirmed at quote, we make it right. Email info@indicdecor.in within seven days of installation with photographs and we will respond within one working day.
