How we ship.
Each commission is built to order, and so each shipment is handled individually. Lead times are quoted in writing at the start of every commission. Within India, we ship via insured ground freight; the install team meets your contractor at your address on the day the piece arrives. Internationally, we ship via insured air or sea freight depending on size and urgency, with all customs and duty handled at your end. Damage in transit is on us, end-to-end. Specific arrangements are confirmed in your written quote.
