Ghati — “the river steps”.
The ghats have negotiated between water and architecture for three thousand years. Ghati hollows that meeting into a single block of marble: a private riverbank, warm and walled in stone.
Every Ghati is carved to order in our New Delhi atelier — the block chosen with you, the proportions tuned to your space, the surface finished by hand. Reference size: 180 × 90 × 55 cm, in a honed, polished bowl finish.
Every sacred river in India is met by steps of stone.
